Why HOVER wants you:
HOVER is looking for a Revenue Enablement Manager to help build and continuously improve our sales processes, supporting content, internal documentation, training infrastructure, and tools needed to support Go-To-Market (GTM) employees throughout the buyer’s journey.
This includes working collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Onboarding, Growth, Customer Support, and other key stakeholders to increase GTM results and productivity. We are looking for someone who can collaborate at very different altitudes (e.g. CRO to SDR) and work empathetically to help our teams be as prepared and enabled as possible to hit their goals.
This role will be one of the founding members of the budding Revenue Enablement team at HOVER, working alongside our Revenue Operations, Strategy, Systems, and Analytics teams to drive impact across our GTM teams. Your day to day will be highly dynamic and collaborative, working across teams and stakeholders to equip everyone in the GTM organization with the learning and development, communications, processes, structure, documentation, and content they need to succeed in their respective roles.
