HOVER is looking for a leader to run the Product Ops team, which acts as a force multiplier to the Product org. The three pillars of this role are:

You'll contribute by:
You will work directly with the Product, Engineering, and Design (PED) executive team to support the PED organization. You will lead a team and will work closely with cross-functional partners to surface needs, prioritize, run analysis, and help the Product team launch and iterate on products. You will strive to deeply empathize with our Enterprise customers’ needs and pain points, to represent their viewpoints within our PED teams as well as across the business. As a critical member of the PED leadership team, you’ll contribute to team culture, processes, and hiring practices.

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with Colorado law, the base salary for this role if filled within the Denver Metropolitan area is $164,000-193,000.
