Why HOVER wants you:
Our FP&A team needs a senior financial analyst who will own Adaptive, our reporting and forecasting system, and all of our corporate FP&A processes. This will include rearchitecting our long range planning, annual operating plan, quarterly POR, workforce planning, and close processes/reporting, under the direction of the head of FP&A. As we build new products and enter new markets, you will proactively adapt our systems and processes so that our team can continue to communicate the meaning of financial and operational data to support our executive team’s decision making.
