HOVER is looking for a sales leader who can build and manage a team of sales reps responsible for new and existing business on the Insurance vertical; one of our fastest growing verticals. Our sales reps focus on closing new logo opportunities, cultivate relationships, and drive growth within our existing customer base. You will join a team of highly motivated, professional, and energetic sales reps that take pride in running consultative sales processes and delivering our vision.
We want a strategic-minded, highly emotionally intelligent, mission-driven leader, who will set and refine strategy, own revenue targets, implement repeatable processes, and partner well cross functionally with other departments. Our ideal candidate is a leader who is willing to roll up their sleeves when needed to help their team build relationships with some of HOVER’s largest partners across the insurance market.
You will contribute by:
As a Director of Sales, you will manage and lead a team of account executives responsible for new and existing business revenue goals. You will hire, coach, and retain top talent. You will manage forecasting, account assignment and quota achievement for a team of sellers. You’ll work closely with your team to strategize about deal discovery, account penetration, and tactics to help close business. You’ll work cross-functionally with departments within HOVER to identify obstacles and inefficiencies, and implement new sales initiatives to increase organizational efficiency. Additionally, you will utilize data to help refine and optimize sales motions and ultimately build a powerful, predictable, and scalable machine.

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with Colorado law, the base salary for this role if filled within the Denver Metropolitan area is $150,000-$177,000.
