HOVER is looking for a software engineer with a mobile focus to help improve and empower software engineers working on our mobile apps. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, and cares about the mobile architecture, as well as our infrastructure to ship and test our apps. You think about solutions to make our mobile development great and enjoy the process of collaborating with your teammates to architect scalable and maintainable applications.
The Mobile Excellence’s team’s mission is to advance our applications and empower mobile developers by making architectural, framework, infrastructure and feature improvements in our business-critical mobile apps. You’ll be an integral part of HOVER’s roadmap as you work on developing the future of our apps.
You will contribute by:
On a daily basis, you’ll be looking for ways to improve our mobile apps, at the architecture, feature and infrastructure level. You’ll be writing code to advance the design patterns for our hybrid React-native and native apps as well as making it easier to ship. The contributions you make will directly help improve development, as well as advance our product features for our end-users. As you iterate, you’ll work closely with your fellow engineers to architect new systems, refactor code under test, and continuously deploy code to production.

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with Colorado law, the base salary for this role if filled within the Denver Metropolitan area is $133,000-$156,000.
